Destiny Cable is dial-up

Hi, I just subscribe to Destiny Cable internet. I was promised a minimum speed of 512kbps. The connection was ok but since the start of this year, connection has been very very slow. Here's a link to my speedtest result:

My connection has also been disconnected every afternoon and would not comeback for hours. The technical support hotline is useless. I hope they're doing something about this because I would rather pay my pre-termination fee that stay with them any longer.
